Get on our list so you can be placed in the small class that fits you best. We are breaking our small classes up by age and ability. If you are between 5 – 80 we have the class for you.

If your class does not fill up you will be in a private class at the group rate. We are also still doing our popular family exercise, stretch, and martial arts private classes. Families love this option because they can have the space to themselves without concern. You will be able to train and distress with the entire family.
